Overlooking the south Cornwall coast, This dream property combines local traditional features and materials with modern luxury. The unique shape, upside-down layout and large open plan allows for the rolling hills and sparkling sea to join you in the property.
We created a series of visuals to take plans and elevations and turn them into photographic illustrations, to aid in understanding the final outcome. The owner was keen to see their plans come to life, and from this, drive inspiration and motivation throughout the project.

This project created a series of different outcomes to help the client visualise their new build as best as possible. A series of key renders helped to "market" and demonstrate the final look of the build, a series or turnaround renders helped explain the layout, shape and use of space within the home and a video composite into the actual plot helped to describe its location and scale.
This early version of the project was composited into footage of the build site as quick demonstration for the client very early on. Further refinement was made as the project progressed to end with the final product you see at the top of this page.
